By demonstrating empathy, I engage in each therapeutic relationship modeling authenticity to create a friendly safe environment allowing you the confidence to disclose your story. Being person centered, I listen without judgment to understand the world through the context of your perspective. My objective is to build a genuine connection to help you understand your personal struggles, explore what might be causing them, manage what you can't change, and empower you to access inner strength to make the changes you desire to heal!

I strive to work collaboratively with each client to develop an individually tailored strategy that enables you to meet your specific goals and acquire coping skills through positive change and growth. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy that is holistic, experiential, and insight oriented that focuses on helping to overcome life stressors and to reach goals in a way that is comfortable for the client. You commit to process your internal struggles and I will guide you to healthy productive ways of thinking and acting.
