You may be initially hesitant to seek out help and support for personal matters, but when you do feel confident you are taking a courageous first step towards building the life you want.

As a counselor my passion is to help people discover the power to change their life. With evidence based tools my goal is to help you better understand yourself, feel happier, and enjoy satisfying relationships. I look at the person holistically, rather than a mental disorder or label. Recognizing that one size does not fit all, I personalize my approach and treatment interventions to fit your unique needs. During each session the pace and agenda remain yours.

I simply help you connect your thought process with your emotions and behaviors to bring change to areas you see that are not working for you personally.

By focusing on your individuality and taking the time to understand you, your life experiences, and your challenges, it is my goal to help you discover your authentic self.
